These are the three most common used florists for Exhibit Hall events.

Booth Decoration/AV/Electric
Drape | Each 10′ x 10′ booth will be set up with 8′ high drape, 3′ high side dividers and booths 300 sqft or less will receive a 7″ x 44″ one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive a one-line identification sign upon request.
Carpet | All aisles and booths will be carpeted. Exhibitors will be permitted to install different color carpet at their expense.
Furniture | No furniture is provided for the exhibit unless specially listed in the sponsorship contract.
Orders | Forms will be provided in the exhibitor kit to order onsite products and/or services.

Shipping Options
There are options for each specific type of shipment (Registration Bag Items, Operator Gifts and Booth Items). Please use the corresponding label and information for each item you are shipping.
Shipping for Booth Items
These items can be shipped to the warehouse or show site. Both labels are provided below. Booth numbers will be provided at the end of October.
Warehouse shipments can be sent from December 11 – January 2. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Friday, January 10, 2020. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility.

Shipping for Registration Bag Items Only
Registration bag items are optional for all sponsors only. Please send the tracking number and item sample to Vicki Osman at vosman@buses.org.
These items must be shipped to the warehouse and use the label information below. No booth number is required as the items will be show management freight. Shipments can be sent from December 11 – January 2. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Shipping for Operator Gifts Only

Best in Show Contest
How/When Will Booths Be Judged?
Exhibitors are automatically entered into the contest. Judging will be conducted by a team of tour and bus operators on Sat., Jan. 11 from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. The winners will be announced on the show floor during Saturday’s closing announcements.
Will I Know Who The Judges Are?
No – the judges will remain anonymous until judging begins – so be ready! All judges will be registered bus and tour operators.

Winners (first, second and third place of each category) receive:

- Recognition in the Marketplace Show Daily
- Eye-Catching Trophy
- Name Badge Ribbon for All Delegates in Booth
Judging Criteria Categories:
- Small In-line Booth (10×10)
- Large In-Line Booths (10×20 or higher)
- Island Booth (aisles on all 4 sides)
Judges will evaluate:
- Creativity and originality
- Use of your product and images in your booth design
- Booth staff’s enthusiasm, friendliness and interaction with delegates
- Overall appearance and experience

Visit
