Registration Changes
To request a registration change such as a dietary request or special badge request, access the online registration system or email meetingsdept@buses.org.
Name Change
To request a name change, you can access the online registration system or email meetingsdept@buses.org the name of the current delegate, the name, title and email address of the new delegate. There is no charge for a name change.
Additional Delegate
To add an additional delegate, you can access the online registration system or complete the downloadable registration form and fax or email it.
Cancellation Policy
| REFUNDS FOR ALL DELEGATES | |
| Within 30 Days of Registration (and before Dec. 16) | $100 Cancellation Fee If registration fee has not been paid, the company will be responsible for the $100 payment. |
| 30 Days or More after Registration (and before Dec. 16) | 50% Refund If registration fee has not been paid, the company will be responsible for the 50% payment. |
| After Dec. 16 | No Refund. |

ABA Statement on Sexual Harassment: There is No Place for it at Marketplace
ABA is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for every individual at ABA’s Annual Meeting & Marketplace. We do not tolerate harassment of Marketplace attendees in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned and/or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of ABA’s management. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it to an ABA staff member or to ABA’s leadership. Harassment hurts everyone, but we will work hard to ensure a pleasant environment for all.
